EXTERNAL WALL

ALC reinforced panels are also commonly used for external walls. With it’s great thermal insulation capability, they surpass most other similar building materials in providing thermal comfort while saving energy and costs. 

ALC reinforced panels improve the reliability and security of node strength in external walls. During the rotation and extension in plane of the connecting nodes of wall panels, ALC reinforced panels ensure that the walls can be adapted to the interlayer displacement in different directions of the main structure, and satisfies the need for the interlayer deformation of the main structure conforming to the seismic design intensity. 

INTERNAL WALL

ALC reinforced panel is widely used for non-structure internal wall in residential housings, hotels, schools, commercial offices, factories, warehouses etc. Internal walls such as separating walls, partition walls in bathrooms and kitchens, riser walls etc. Heavy loads such as air conditioning, water heater, radiator, cabinets etc. can be hung directly onto the ALC panels. 

ALC reinforced panels are the thinnest among products with the same capacity in fire resistance and thermal insulation. Using ALC panels as internal walls can effectively increase the usable space in a building and reduce energy consumption because of its high thermal insulation. With it’s strength and maximum length, ALC reinforced panels lessen the use of lintels and stiffeners. ALC reinforced panels also greatly reduce the wall load because of its lightweight, therefore reducing the cost of the building structure.

In order to provide clients a total solution of wall partition system, we design, supply and delivery of prefabricated steel stiffener & lintel system incorporated with Buildo ALC panel. Together with Buildo ALC Panels, the full wall system designed by Buildo will help to effectively reduce the overall cost and usage of stiffeners and lintels.
